All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body — ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh matches, FIFA for football, and so on. In the event of a disputed result, 499bad may delay settlement pending official confirmation. 499bad's decision on bet settlement is final. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have contained a manifest error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed failure) will be voided and stakes returned.

499bad's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits 499bad's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, 499bad does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
